Meet The Author

Carrie Guarrero has spent three decades in the mortgage industry and two decades coaching leaders to define and achieve success on their own terms. A billion-dollar producer turned coach, she now leads Fairway Ignite and hosts the Discovering WISE podcast, amplifying stories of courage and excellence. She and her husband, Dan, live in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and cherish time with their seven children — five of whom are grown — along with their beloved dogs.
